Production and Industrial Engineering (B.Tech, 2014)

Analysis of Ball Bearings under Dynamic Loading Using Non Destructive Technique of Thermography

R. C. Singh, R. K. Pandey, R. Chaudhary, M. S. Ranganath, and H. Saxena · 2014 · International Journal of Advance Research and Innovation, vol. 2, no. 4, pp. 781–783

Condition monitoring of roller bearings under dynamic loading using contactless infrared thermography. Temperature characteristics of normal and defective rotating ball bearings were compared to evaluate whether thermography can diagnose faults qualitatively and quantitatively.

Experimental Investigation of Defective Ball Bearings with Vibration Analyzer

H. Saxena, R. C. Singh, R. Chaudhary, and M. S. Ranganath · 2014 · International Conference of Advanced Research and Innovation

Vibration analysis of rolling-element bearings under a dynamic loading model, using time- and frequency-domain measurements from a vibration analyzer. Non-defective bearings showed a smooth, decreasing velocity trend; defective bearings showed an interruptive upward trend useful for defect detection.

Prospects of Regenerating Energy from Human Kinematics

H. Saxena, R. C. Singh, and R. Chaudhary · 2014 · International Conference of Advanced Research and Innovation

A survey of energy harvesting from human activity and ambient sources, including walking, breathing, and gym equipment such as treadmills and bicycles, and how conversion technologies can power low-power electronics or contribute renewable energy.
